YYGP also enables patient to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the integrated care board (ICB).

How to Give Feedback
You can share your feedback in several ways:- Speak to a member of our team
- Fill out a feedback form at reception
- Email or call the practice
Who to Speak To
Our Practice Manager is the main point of contact for handling feedback and concerns. They will ensure your comments are followed up and addressed appropriately.
Other Ways to Give Feedback
You can also contact:- Healthwatch – an independent organisation that gathers patient feedback
- Your local ICB (Integrated Care Board) – they oversee NHS services in the area

We:- Listen and respond as quickly as possible
- Take concerns seriously and investigate where needed
- Use your feedback to improve our services
- Share themes (anonymously) with our patient group and local NHS partners
