Shepley Health Centre Online
Our online consultation and advice service is hosted by PATCHS.
This is a way to contact the surgery to get advice or to request services. It replaces the eCONSULT serivce.
To use the service you need to create a Patchs account. You only need to do this the first time you use the service. Once you have, you will find the service quick and easy to use. Having an account will enable us to respond to your requests in a more secure way.
Please note that you cannot use the patchs service to request an appointment or request a repeat prescription. To get an appointment you either need to phone the surgery, or, if the appointments have not already been taken, book one online using The NHS app, Patient Access, Evergreen Life or DIMEC instead. Please also use one of the these services to order repeat prescriptions.
If you use PATCHS to tell us about a problem where we will need to examine you, or have a conversation with you (e.g. abdominal pain, lumps and bumps, joints that need examining, talk about going onto HRT, or discuss anxiety and depression), you will be advised to book an appointment.
What do you want to contact the practice about?
Please make the request in the name of the actual patient (e.g. not ask about a child using the parent's name)
Examples of thing you might request by clicking the something else button:
- Getting some advice
- Send us a photo of a rash or skin lesion
- Request a prescription or treatment
- To ask for a test (e.g. a blood test)
- To request a sick note, a letter or a test result
- Some other service (where it is not necessary to speak to or be seen by someone at the practice in person)
